Zoomerang does a great job of providing access to survey results through a link that you are given when we launch your survey. When you use that link you get to see the survey results for each item showing the distribution of responses in both numbers and percentages. You are also able to look at individual responses (if we set it up that way) and read comments for open-ended questions. Your web browser allows you to print what you see. GOING BEYOND THE BASICS...
Some of our clients want more than the basics. Here are some of the analysis and reporting options for your consideration...
ALL OF THE QUANTITATIVE DATA IN A PDF FILE... By converting what you see on the screen to a pdf file, and sending it to you, you then have the capacity to easily pass it on as a document to others. This is a fairly simple process for us and will add little to your costs.
ALL OF THE QUANTITATIVE DATA AND THE OPEN-ENDED RESPONSES IN A PDF FILE... We can add the open-ended comments to the pdf file.
A REPORT OF THE QUANTITATIVE DATA IN AN MSEXCEL FILE... Zoomerang makes it quite easy to download the report that you see on the screen to an excel file so that you can add your own comments on what you see, perform additional analysis of the data using excel tools, add charts and graphs, etc. you can then cut and paste all of this to a word file or have us do it for you.

CONTENT ANALYSIS FOR COMMENTS... The most labour intensive analysis that we do is to examine the content of written comments to find the patterns, themes, frequencies etc. When there are hundreds of respondents, this can be a monumental task but some clients want that and are willing to pay for it. We provide a cost estimate before we start.
THE RAW DATA IN AN MSEXCEL FILE... For the excel pros out there, the ultimate is to get the raw data in an excel file so that you can play with it to your heart's content.
CROSS-TABULATIONS... Many of our clients would like to see how different sub-groups answered the same question. Zoomerang allows unlimited cross-tabulation of quantitative responses. Unfortunately, cross tabbing the open ended comments is more complex. We can do it it but would have to give you a price based on your unique needs.
FILTERS... Some of our clients would like to have a separate report for each sub-group as well as the overall report. We can do this for you.
ADDITIONAL STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DATA... For the statistically advanced, we can add means, modes, standard deviation and other measures.
A FULL REPORT IN MSWORD WITH EVERYTHING YOU WANT FROM THE ABOVE OPTIONS INCLUDED IN THE REPORT... And occasionally we are asked to write a report for our clients in which we present all of the data from their survey in a report with a narrative as well as tables. To do this we really need to talk with you in advance.
