All of our "Ready-to-Go" on-line surveys began in response to specific needs of a specific client. We can help you design a survey from scratch if you answer a few basic questions such as...

Once we have a first draft ready for you the next steps are.....
STEP 1. Print out the first draft of your questionnaire using your browser's print command.
STEP 2. Record the changes you would like to make on the printed version and fax it to 204-389-4798 or scan it and attach it to an e-mail and send it to al_holmes@mts.net (Alternatively, if your changes are minor, you can send us an e-mail with the changes or give us a call at 204-389-4149).
STEP 3. We will send you a link to a second draft of your modified on-line survey and wait for your approval or further changes.
STEP 4. Once we have an approved version of the questionnaire, and have made arrangements for payment, we will launch your survey.
Most of our on-line surveys built from scratch can be completed for $1500.00 or less. This price includes providing a link that you can e-mail to respondents or place on a website, and a second link that gives you direct access to the survey results as they arrive. If your situation demands more analysis, we can provide you with a quote on that service.
