CUSTOMIZING ONE OF OUR "Ready-to-Go" SURVEYS
Starting with a "Ready-to-Go" survey and making minor modifications is a quick and effective way to achieve a customized look at minor cost. If you want ot make modifications to one of our standard surveys, here is what you do...
STEP 1. Identify the survey that you would like to modify and visit it through the links provided. Print out the questionnaire using your browser's print command. To look at our "Ready-to-Go" surveys
STEP 2. Record the changes you would like to make on the printed version and fax it to 204-389-4798 or scan it and attach it to an e-mail and send it to al_holmes@mts.net (Alternatively, if your changes are minor, you can send us an e-mail with the changes or give us a call at 204-389-4149).
STEP 3. We will send you a link to a draft of your modified survey and wait for your approval or further changes.
STEP 4. Once we have an approved version of the questionnaire, and have made arrangements for payment, we will launch your survey.
Most minor modifications to existing surveys can be made for under $1000.00. This price includes providing a link that you can e-mail to respondents or place on a website, and a second link that gives you direct access to the survey results as they arrive.
